The Allure Group is a consortium of six rehabilitation centers across Brooklyn and Manhattan, NY, specializing in post-acute and sub-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation. We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages and conditions while upholding an environment of kindness, dignity, and respect for employees and residents. As a **Dietary Aide** at The Allure Group, you would be part of a winning team doing meaningful work to improve residents' quality of life, health, and comfort.

**Dietary Aide Responsibilities**
- Serve meals in accordance with established portion control procedures
- Assist in daily or scheduled cleaning duties
- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc. as instructed
- Assist cook in preparing meals
- Distribute and collect menus as necessary
- Prepare and dispose of food and waste in accordance with sanitary guidelines
- Ensure that food and supplies for meals are readily available
- Assist in inventorying and storing in-coming food, supplies, etc. as necessary

**Dietary Aide Requirements**
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- COVID-19 Vaccination

**Preferred**
- Previous experience in long-term care
