**Position Summary**

**Education and Experience**:

- A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles like marketing manager, brand manager, or marketing specialist.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience in a business office setting.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Content creation: Ability to develop content that attracts visitors to the company and its website.
- Marketing data analysis: Experience in analyzing data from various sources like A/B testing, conversion rates, and campaign results.
- Google Analytics: Working knowledge of this popular web analytics platform.
- Tech savviness: Comfortable using and adapting to new marketing technologies and platforms.
- Bonus points: Basic graphic design skills.

**Communication and Soft Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Professional demeanor and communication style.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

**What We Offer for You**
- This is a full-time position.
- The starting rate of pay range is $65,000-$70,000 DOE.
- We offer health benefits and paid time off.
- Our general hours of operations are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- May require occasional weekend work.
- Occasional travel may be required.
