- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Schedule appointments using Dentrix software
- Maintain patient records accurately in systems
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of working on Dentrix software as a Front Desk personnel.
- Knowledge of Dental terminology and procedures
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to call and verify Insurnace benefits.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 40 per week

Healthcare setting:

- Dental office

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dental Front office: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person
