**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Support the restaurant manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, monitoring food quality, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Help coordinate and oversee special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, POS system operations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and improvements for operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
