MILLIONS of roofs go bad every 15-20 years and need to be replaced before leaks cause wood rot, termites, mildew and even BLACK MOLD in people's homes. We present a COMPLETE roofing system and have a PERFECT 5 STAR reputation online so business is booming and we need 2 MORE Top Producers to join our Top Producing sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Visiting Southeast WI homeowners to assess their roofing needs and conduct an **informal **but **accurate **list of popular options to solve their problems.
- Use your **persuasive **skills and **friendly **disposition to facilitate orders

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, or any position where the compensation is based on performance.
- **Competitive **individual who is **persuasive, assertive, **and **strives to win.**:
- Excellent **negotiation **skills
- Flexibility to work 4 evenings per week and half day on Saturday. (No Sundays)
- Must pass drug and background checks.
