nationwide home care organization serving seniors in more than 130 locations, Cornerstone remains committed to

providing the highest quality of care to those that cared for us.

Field Consultant will support initial growth of home care offices nationwide through regular meetings with Operating Directors. Field Consultant will assist in training Cornerstone Operating Directors and holding these members accountable for company metrics.
- _Train_: Train Operating Directors on systems, best practices for marketing, client assessments, and caregiver hiring, and company metrics. Ensure offices are set up properly and efficiently during office visit.
- _Grow_: Support Operating Directors as they increase billable hours of care, referral source network, and caregiver employee pool. Adhere to Home Base metrics expectations.

**Job Responsibilities and Reporting Structure**:

- Report to Director of Field Operations to support Cornerstone offices nationwide as they launch in their region.
- Host Launch Meeting with Director of Field Operations and Operating Director during launch week.
- Hold weekly, biweekly, and monthly one-on-one meetings with Operating Directors.
- Attend and participate in bi-weekly OD Team Meetings.
- Attend quarterly Operating Director trainings in Waco, TX.
- Opportunity for travel when developing new Cornerstone offices nationwide.
- Assist in training Operating Directors on best practices for success: Inside/outside sales, client assessments, caregiver hiring steps, metrics, systems, processes, and policies.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong and efficient communication skills required.
- Must be skilled in technology to learn and train on CRMs, phone systems, scheduling systems.
- Preferred experience in home care, hospice, home health, or senior living communities.
- Teachable, fast learner.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
