Marketing Assistant/graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and tailor experiences that exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, decor, entertainment, and transportation.
- Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to negotiate contracts and secure resources.
- Lead event setup, operation, and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event.
- Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during events, maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
- Some office hours (located in Huntington, NY) and travel required, however position is primarily remote.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in event coordination or related roles is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners.
- High level of creativity and the ability to think outside the box to deliver unique event concepts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure every aspect of an event is flawlessly executed.
- Proficiency in excel and canva a plus
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
