**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily administrative and operational support for syndicated loans, ensuring timely processing of requests on the system of record.
- Review attorney-prepared loan documents to ensure they meet all operational, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business lines and lender banks, facilitating communication and coordination internally and externally.
- Develop and manage strategies for money movement, handling all incoming and outgoing wires.
- Handle funds receiving and disbursement for borrowers, maintaining organization and multitasking capabilities.
- Manage high-profile clients with significant loan amounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance under close scrutiny.
- Preferably, manage commercial lending portfolios with foreign currency exposure and letters of credit, understanding commercial pricing and agent/non-agent closing processes.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management, or equivalent work experience
- Four to six years of related experience

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in commercial lending, particularly within syndicated loans.
- Understanding of commercial pricing and letters of credit.
- Foreign currency experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective money movement strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- Experience with internal loan management systems (Loan IQ, ALS, Hogan, Cmod, FileNet).

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
