**Overview**:
Under the general supervision of the Senior Administrative Assistant, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of the Trager Lemp Center for Trauma and Resilience (TLC) program. The compensation is $44,000/yearly.

**Responsibilities**:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Receive and screen all incoming referral calls for the TLC program.
- Track, coordinate, and facilitate client referrals and to ensure seamless connections.
- inputting referral data accurately into our electronic health records system.
- Maintain referral databases for reporting and statistical purposes.
- Oversight of program time sheets.
- Assist with day to day operations of the TLC program.
- Schedule meetings for the team and management as needed.
- Attend team meetings regularly, take minutes, coordinate meetings, coordinate requests on behalf of the clients, and ensure organization of the calendar.
- Handle requests for records and maintain compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory directives.
- Assist with special projects or ad-hoc tasks.
- Copying, filing, reporting, ordering and maintaining records.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing, as well as other duties necessary to provide support to the TLC team.

**Requirements**:

- An associates degree or 5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer services abilities.
- Proficiency with computer skills, namely Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to compose and edit letters and memorandum.
- Capacity to handle the varied activities of a large and diversified agency.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, program officials, employees and community partners.
- Familiarity with community resources and their utilization.
- Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing. Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
