Qualifications Should Include: Professional working manner with 2-3 MINIMUM customer service experience
- Have prior experience in Asbestos, Lead, Mold, or Bacteria is a Plus.

Duties Will Include

E-Mail clients accurate information pertaining to their assignment

Prepare reports for each assignment and send them to clients within a timely manner

Provide world class phone support to our customers

Contacting field staff to coordinate assignments

Make sure all lab samples are submitted properly and monitor the lab to make sure the results are sent back within the proper time frame.

Review and send analytical results to clients for each assignment

Assisting Project Managers with results, reports, and invoicing

Constantly respond to E-Mails from internal staff and client

E-Mails Utilize software such as Outlook daily.

Work within the company’s structured guidelines and policies.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $62,400.00 per year
