Eagles Point is seeking reliable individuals to join our team as a part-time Unarmed Events Security Guard for upcoming events. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for attendees and guests while providing the highest level of customer service.

**Position**: Unarmed Events Security Guard

**Location**: Within San Diego County

**Hours**: Part-time

**Pay**: $17 (Starting pay)

**Shifts**: Days, Swings, Nights

**Requirements**:

- Valid California Guard Card
- Reliable transportation
- Working cell phone
- Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect potential security risks
- Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, including disturbances, medical emergencies, and fire alarms
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and guests
- Collaborate with event organizers, staff, and local authorities as needed
- Report any suspicious activities, hazards, or safety concerns to appropriate personnel
- Follow established security protocols and procedures at all times
