Reporting to our USA - West and warehouse in Surprise, AZ, the Warehouse Manager position must be filled by a hard-working self-starter with ambitions of a long-term, successful career within our company.
- **Duties & Responsibilities**_

The Warehouse Manager is a full-time position (8:30am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri), compensated annually, between $45,000-$60,000, based on experience. Regular duties and responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager include:

- Coordinating and processing outgoing product
- Picking and packing orders as required
- Preparing and loading material in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
- Receiving all incoming shipments and authorizing for correctness of the product received
- Distributing product to correct area in the warehouse in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
- Assembly and painting of sport court games lines
- Supervising a Warehouse Associate
- General housekeeping duties
- Support International Logistics Lead in reaching goals
- *Additional responsibilities and opportunities (along with compensation for such) are available and based on experience._
- **Skills & Qualifications**_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be reliable and punctual, able to take ownership and initiative
- Outstanding organization & prioritization skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, thorough in every task
- Ability to delegate tasks to Warehouse Associate
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service
- Able to take direction and work alone, with mínimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Must be capable of lifting 100lbs (average weight 50lbs), employing safe lifting techniques
- 1-2 years Shipping/warehouse management experience required
- 100 hours (skilled operator) of forklift experience required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
