Part-time Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculations
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain accurate records
- Utilize accounting software to input and track financial data
- Maintain billing software
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
**Skills**:
- Account reconciliation
- Quickbooks or similar accounting software proficiency
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- Bank reconciliation expertise
- Familiarity with various accounting principles and practices
