**The Department of Safety and Professional Services mission is to promote economic growth and stability while protecting the citizens of Wisconsin as designated by statute.**

**What We Are Looking For**:A team leader with customer service experience to join the Division of Professional Credential Processing (DPCP) to supervise staff, maintain efficiency of processes, and assist with complex licensing and credentialing cases

**Where We Are Located**:Both positions are located at the Hill Farms State Office Building at 4822 Madison Yards Way, Madison, WI.

**Position Summary**:

- Provide guidance to unit staff and manage licensing of health professionals.
- Act as a member of the Division Management Team and as a liaison to executive directors, boards and other Department work units to ensure processes reflect current regulations and policies of the regulatory boards and the Department.

**Salary Information**:
This position(Records Management Program Supervisors) is in schedule-range (81-03) with an **annual salary of $62,400-81,120, plus excellent benefits**. A twelve month probationary period is required. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan.

**Job Details**:
This state agency does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.

Certain positions within this Department may allow remote/work from home flexibility for a portion of their work schedule, depending on the needs of the position and the work unit. This topic and any remote work flexibility that may be available will be discussed in more detail in the interview process. For permanent positions that allow remote work flexibility, it is **not** anticipated that working outside of Wisconsin (or bordering cities) will be allowed because positions may need to report to office locations in Wisconsin on short notice.

**Qualifications**:
Qualified applicants will have experience with all the following:

- Experience using a variety of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Reader, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, or comparable.
- Experience working in a lead role or supervisory capacity performing duties such as staff development, setting goals or priorities, employee onboarding/training, performance reviews, discipline, etc.
- Experience assisting internal and external customers or stakeholders regarding complaints, policies and procedures, or requests for information through various methods (e.g., phone, in-person, written correspondence, presentations, etc.)

In addition to having all the above, well qualified applicants will have experience with one or more of the following:

- Leading or overseeing a project beginning to end (e.g., technology enhancement projects, updating computer-based applicant tracking, etc.)
- Developing, implementing, or improving policies or procedures.
- Training or experience with licensing or credentialing.
- Training or experience with Wisconsin Statutes or Administrative Codes.
