Referral Specialist

Job Overview: The primary responsibility of the Referral Specialist is handling inquiries, closing new client orders, and filling client requested schedules. This position is the main point of contact for potential clients, existing clients, and registered caregivers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Gather necessary information and utilize approved techniques for closing incoming client inquiries.
- Build rapport and maintain consistent communication with clients during the referral process.
- Complete timely follow up calls with potential clients in order to maintain an acceptable closure rate.
- Gather, analyze and provide clear and concise information both verbally and in writing.
- Miscellaneous administrative duties related to client orders and scheduling including data entry.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Associate Degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience in sales or customer service will be considered.
- Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
- Comfortable working with complicated family dynamics
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, verbal and written skill
- Valid California Driver’s License

Employment Type: Full-Time 8:30am-5:00pm & on call duties via telephone performed away from the office with rotating nights and weekends (approximately 4 days per month)

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
