**Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Interface with clients and financial partners daily
- Attend and contribute to client financial meetings
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documentation
- Review tax projections and quarterly estimates
- Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, cost analysis, and customized financial reporting
- Receive invoices from vendors. Review and process using our accounting software (AgiLink or Datafaction) and adhere to standard company procedures to document purchases.
- Reconcile bank statements
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of all transactions with client vendors.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times to safeguard confident sensitive information.
- Analyze discrepancies on invoices, and research solutions.
- Process and record client payroll

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
