- As the Human Resources Manager at Reich Construction LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of our field staff, as well as managing recruitment processes for key positions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and certification processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.
- Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees as they progress through successive levels of technical ability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training and development and generate reports to track the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.
