**Responsibilities**:
To assist other team managers and/or direct supervisors in performing their duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

- Monitor and maintain vendor accounts, guaranteeing that all billing records are current and precisely reflect the services provided.
- Analyze all crew's budget submissions to ensure time and equipment are charged to the correct project and work order.
- Review billing contracts and work closely with Project Managers and Purchasing to keep estimates within budget and inform them when change orders are needed.
- Research and solve billing disputes with vendors.
- Accept tasks to support all AP and Purchasing needs.
- Support project stakeholders administratively.
- Perform administrative duties to execute daily work assignments, including answering phones, filing, copying, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong proficiency in job-cost accounting preferred.
- Ability to read and understand invoicing standards in project contracts.
- Ability to communicate effectively, taking notes and direction.
- Ability to make decisions and develop solutions in a high-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in 10-key, organized, and punctual.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Recent experience as an AP Specialist in the construction/service industry is a plus.

**Schedule**:Monday through Friday; 8 am - 5 pm
