**Your Role as a Home Health Aide/Caregiver**:
As a dedicated caregiver, you’ll provide critical support, enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This role is an opportunity to make meaningful contributions to clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Prepare meals, considering dietary requirements.
- Manage medication and coordinate medical appointments.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records.
- Provide mobility assistance and engage in activities that enrich lives.

**We Are Looking For**:

- Individuals with at least 6 months of personal care experience, preferably in home settings or healthcare facilities.
