**Job Description**:
1. Bringing a winning attitude to work and being present EVERY SINGLE DAY, exhibiting a high level of emotional maturity, must possess a deep desire to do the right thing even when no one is looking (how you do anything is how you do everything), operate daily in a manner consistent with learning and growing toward advancement, possess a help others first mindset, provide assistance to the Team Lead in assigned tasks involving repairing and installing residential plumbing, sewer and drain solutions for all of Central Illinois.

2. Past history should show experience working with tools, problem solving with a strong personal desire to be successful and motivate others

3. High School Diploma MUST

4. $125,000 + per year possible after 5 year apprenticeship and Journeyman license with 2 year company training commitment

5. Enrollment in 12 month EliteTech Academy on-line Plumbing School with hands on practical in a state of the art on sight Lab.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
