- _**Must bring proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.**_
- _**Proficient MS Office skills and CRM experience.**_
- _**Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy.**_
- _**Proficient typing and computer navigation skills.**_
- _**High school diploma or equivalent.**_
- _**Bilingual**_
- _**Experience with Live Chat is preferred.**_
