Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate front of house staff
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) transactions and cash handling
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain high standards of food service and cleanliness
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service management
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Knowledge of shift management and restaurant operations
- Experience in coordinating with kitchen staff for optimal service
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
