**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to offer our service
- Making daily Outbound calls to prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about Service features etc. and present our benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to use our service by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer systems
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

**Requirement**
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English & Spanish is a requirement
- Bilingual **(English & Spanish)**:

- Skilled in negotiation
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Must live in or near the Kendall, Fl area (33186)
- Background check (Criminal record)

**What We Offer**:

- Full Time (Monday to Friday) 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. (40 hours)
- Basic Salary.
- Supplemental Pay: Commission and Bonus (Average 45K to 65K a Year)
- Custom private office.
- Paid training.

Pay: $44,857.02 - $59,774.05 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus opportunities
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miami, FL 33186: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
