We're searching for motivated, passionate, results-driven, and "people first" individuals for an appointment setting (SDR) role.

WHO ARE WE:

SVETNESS is the nations' leading in-home and in-person fitness and wellness brand. We offer at-your-door personal training sessions, and in-house nutritional guidance to prospects who are looking to make a difference in their lives.

Our goal is to bring fitness and wellness to everyone; everywhere, and that starts with YOU. As an appointment setter (SDR) here, you are the FIRST contact for our inbound leads. Although you're hitting the phones, you are the "face" of the company. We need personable, thoughtful, and reasonable individuals to join our outbound process. If that's you - read on.

You:

  1. Full-time, 40 hour work week with flexibility to work AM/PM or Weekend shifts
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems, or "tech-savvy"
  3. Never met a stranger. You know how to get people talking…and you LOVE it
  4. Endurance. (smile, and dial)

It's a PLUS …but not a deal breaker:

  1. You are able to work late evenings (3pm-12am EST shift)
  2. You are willing and able to work both weekend days
  3. You have prior experience in an SDR role
  4. You are knowledgeable in fitness and wellness
  5. You are Bi/Multilingual (esp. Spanish/English)

Here's what your day would look like:

  1. Minimum of 200 outbound dials per day to INBOUND LEADS (Yes, we have an autodialer)
  2. Handling a minimum of 20 WARM/HOT inbound leads, per day via calls, text and email
  3. Following up with all leads that have not been scheduled
  4. Regular attendance to daily pre-shift meetings (first 15 min of shift)
  5. Recording all interactions with prospects within our CRM, and communicating effectively with the Account Executives (those closing your appointments).

WHO THIS IS NOT FOR:

  1. You are not money motivated. This is HIGHLY transactional. You put in the work, you get out the money.
  2. You need constant reminders, and are not motivated by winning, prizes, commission, being on the top of a leaderboard.

WHO THIS IS FOR:

  1. If you like to be paid on PERFORMANCE, this is for you.
  2. If you are self-motivated and tie your success to your $$$$, this is for you.
  3. If you are looking for a career in sales or fitness, and want to learn, and develop those skills, this is for you.

COMPENSATION/PROGRESSION:

  • $10 per hour base salary
  • Uncapped commissions (2-6% of Gross Contract Value)
  • Monthly bonuses from $250 to $1,000 based on performance.
  • Top-performing reps may progress to Account Executive or Team Lead positions.
