Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This is a vital role that requires excellent guest relations skills and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. Working hours are 11P-7A.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Answer phone calls and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Daily set up of breakfast buffet
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby and pantry area
- Perform all tasks assigned by management

**Skills**:

- Excellent guest relations skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with hotel management software is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
