Home Health Administrative Manager

**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator Home Health
Key Responsibilities
**Billing and Claims Management**:
- Accurately bill all claims for patients to ensure timely reimbursement from insurance companies.
- Stay up-to-date with billing practices, regulations, and procedures to minimize errors and delays.
**Insurance and Authorization**:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services to prevent disruptions in patient care.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies in coverage.
**Staff Oversight**:
- Supervise office staff to ensure that they are efficiently and effectively performing their assigned tasks.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to staff members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
**Referral Management**:
- Process incoming referrals by importing them into the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that all referrals are followed up on and that patients receive the services they need.
**Customer Service**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to referrals and visitors coming into the office.
- Address inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
**Work Ethic**:
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability, integrity, and professionalism.
- Take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to the team.
**Referral Coordination for Therapy Patients**:
- Coordinate and send off referrals for therapy patients to ensure continuity of service.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and external partners to facilitate patient care.
**Order Management**:
- Ensure that all medical orders are signed and processed in a timely manner to prevent any delay in patient care.
- Maintain meticulous records and follow up as necessary to comply with Home health regulations.
**Growth and Referral Management**
- Direct and oversee Sales and Marketing for Eyes of Hope Home Health
- Oversee and direct sales and marketing team
- Manage lead and opportunity flow through CRM ensuring timely follow-up and start of care plans
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with medical billing, insurance processes, and EMR systems.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- The ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
