We are looking for a self-driven, highly organized individual who understands that customer service to our patients, employees, and referral sources is top priority and essential to our success.

**The responsibilities of Administrative Assistant includes**:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all Teamcare clients, referrals, employees, and contractors
- Communicate effectively with clients/families, Case Workers, healthcare providers and contractors
- Maintaining and following up on patient referrals, admissions, visit logs, and billing
- Conduct patient intake, including referrals, benefits and eligibility.
- Providing clerical support to the administrative team, including faxing, receiving, scanning/uploading documents to patient charts
- Assists administrative and clinical teams with specific tasks
- Completes required reports daily, weekly, and monthly diligently

**To be considered for this position**:

- 1+ year experience in an office/clerical Home Health role
- 1+ year Billing and coding experience (highly preferred)
- 1+ year experience/knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO patient processes.
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency on all Microsoft Office software
- Experience with HHA, Winnolas, EVV, CradleMrx, Kinnser, TMHP Tex MedConnect, Palmetto GBA, Availity (Preferred but not required)
