Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.

**Duties**:

- Manage and supervise teams of installers
- Implement and maintain store merchandising standards to enhance the overall shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Assist with scheduling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention

Qualifications:

- Must have Construction, specifically Flooring experience
- Strong understanding of retail math, including inventory management and sales forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
