Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely operations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize safety, productivity and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage freight costs and negotiate with carriers to secure cost-effective transportation solutions
- Implement lean principles to streamline warehouse processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze profit loss statements
- Experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation activities is preferred
- Knowledge of lean principles and experience implementing process improvements is a plus

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Pay: $55,380.20 - $75,447.12 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
