**Job Overview**:
**Home Health Nurses** (LPNs or RNs).

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate _Registered Nurse_ to join our helpful boutique healthcare team. As a _Registered Nurse_, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.
- 80% of our patients are Orthopedic patients. So, if you have **Orthopedic Surgeon Post -Op Care** is a huge plus+
- 20% Cardiac/Diabetes/Wound Care

This position offers opportunities to work in various home care settings as well as grow YOUR career.
- This can start with as many or as few, hours as your schedule needs. 10-15 visits per week. The opportunity to do more, exists also. If you like to help others and might need a more flexible work schedule, this is for you. You will choose your visits, on average a visit can be around 1-hour.
- The opportunity to grow into a salaried - full time position as an RN or potentially move into a Clinical Supervisor are available as LH is growing in the months ahead in 2024

**Responsibilities**:

- Be trained and expected to be proficient in using, Oasis (patient questionnaire, payment, medication review, reporting, scheduling, etc.). And, or Other EMR platform experience acceptable.

**Requirements**:
Must possess the following to be considered eligible for employment:

- RN / LPN - Valid nursing license and registration as a Registered Nurse
- CPR
- Valid Driver’s license
- Active Car insurance
- Minimum 1-year proven experience in providing direct patient care in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a diverse patient population
- Experience in home care or case management is a plus

**Compensation**:

- Flexible hours, **“fee for visit,”** you choose the amount of visits per week
- Regular visit start paying at $75 and go up from there, depending on style of visit
