Job Opportunity

Home Health Advantage INC. is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Field Educator. As a Field Educator, you will play a vital role in onboarding new home health nurses, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, direction, coordination, and monitoring the delivery of clinical services to Agency home health care clients.
  • Participate in the management of the Agency's clinical teams and provide overall supervision of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, home health aides, therapists, social workers, and other clinical personnel employed by the Agency or with whom the Agency contracts for services.
  • Assist in the planning, development, and establishment of Agency structure, clinical and administrative policies and procedures, annual operating plan, and capital budgets.

Requirements:

  • Valid state-issued Registered Nurse License
  • A working knowledge of Medicare home health requirements
  • Strong clinical knowledge and background
  • Ability to set objectives and develop action plans
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues and resolve difficulties not routine in nature
  • Ability to obtain cooperation from or influence others
  • Must have positive and professional skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate computer knowledge and skills
  • Must be highly and consistently organized
  • Enjoys educating clinicians
  • Minimum 2 years of Home Health Care experience
  • Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky
