Marketing Specialist

SureBuilt Concrete Forms & Accessories, a growing North American manufacturer, is searching for an experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and maintain the marketing infrastructure. This is a full-time position, for a self-motivated individual, with strong industrial marketing skills.

- Demonstrate regular, predictable, and timely attendance
- Represent the company with a customer-focus and professional image
- Cooperate with fellow employees to accomplish business goals
- Follow direct instructions, company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain brand standards, templates and “tone” across all marketing activities
- Create, produce and publish marketing collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, etc.)
- Thoroughly review all marketing collateral, including editing and proofreading
- Organize, prioritize and complete multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain product labels for factory production/shipments
- Evaluate, maintain and ship all marketing collateral, tools and samples
- Manage Co-op Marketing program and issue credits based on written guidelines
- Recommend and implement improvements to work methods and/or procedures
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative software, including InDesign
- Working knowledge of image/file (EPS, JPEG, PDF, TIFF) management
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Industrial marketing and/or construction experience
- College degree in Marketing (preferred) or equivalent work experience
