**The Position**

RCL Mechanical is seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing services. As a crucial member of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and safe transportation of equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.

**Responsibilities**
- Transport HVAC and plumbing materials, equipment, and tools to various residential and commercial job sites.
- Ensure the secure loading and unloading of items, preventing damage during transit.
- Assist in loading and unloading HVAC and plumbing equipment and materials at job sites.
- Work closely with on-site teams to facilitate the efficient flow of materials.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch and project managers.
- Provide updates on delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures.
- Ensure all required paperwork, such as delivery notes and invoices, are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine service and repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles.
- Support Warehouse Manager with any other tasks/duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess excellent organizational skills

**Preferred Skills**
- Carpentry/trade/mechanical skills
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment.

**Schedule**
- Monday - Friday

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
