**Responsibilities**:
**Shipment Management**:

- Manage the shipment of all plumbing and heating products, materials, and supplies.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders involved in the ordering of materials and equipment.

**Logistics Operations**:

- Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Promptly unload and load trucks, ensuring the safe handling of all materials.
- Sort and stock receivables with accuracy and efficiency.
- Sort, stage, and coordinate material and equipment returns to vendors.

**Warehouse Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, as well as shipping and receiving areas.
- Coordinate and assist with vehicle fleet maintenance to ensure the reliability of transportation.

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves and update inventory in the computer system.
- Conduct cycle counts and keep track of materials and inventory levels.

**Other Duties**:

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of logistics experience.
- Forklift Certification.
- Prior experience with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical materials is preferred.
