As a Parts Manager, you will oversee the entire parts department as well as the staff in the parts department, manage inventory, and assist with customer service. **Responsibilities**:

- Hire and train new parts department employees
- Take regular inventory and place orders when necessary
- Oversee the shipment of replacement parts
- Handle complex or pressing customer issues
- Manage your team and set employee schedules

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years experience working with auto parts
- Management or leadership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyze sales, oversee inventory, and minimize expenses
- Ability to manage staff in the parts department while evaluating their performance
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Additional education and training in mechanics a plus
