Design Group is recruiting for an Accountant based near Berwick, PA. This position has work from home flexibility but must be onsite in Berwick at least 2-3 per month.

**WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?**
- Reconciliation, review, and preparation of financial statement schedules for assigned general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and enter monthly journal entries to record various amortizations.
- Prepare budget and reforecast schedules as assigned.
- Maintaining fixed asset system, cash reporting and product development reporting.
- Prepare Sales and Use and Property Tax reports.
- Participate in the month end financial close.
- Assist in other projects as required.

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or Business with emphasis in Accounting.
- 2 years’ experience working as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
- Must have experience with general ledger analysis.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products with advanced level Excel knowledge.
