**Company Description**

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) launched a new Advanced TV (ATV) practice. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel video planning, execution, and measurement. The offerings within PMX Lift includes products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.

PMX Lift is dedicated to supporting the sales/growth/demand of the PMX Lift product. To accommodate the increased demand and successfully launch campaigns, the PMX Central Activation team has added a new arm dedicated specifically to PMX Lift and servicing our agencies via activating ATV campaigns on their behalf.

On top of invaluable experience in the fast-growing, evolving ATV landscape, this role offers high visibility with PM agency leadership and executives, the chance to work across a variety of client brands/verticals and the opportunity to collaborate with different teams of experts.

Must haves for this role include a proven track record and comfortability in a client facing role, a deep understanding of the advanced TV and video ecosystems, along with an expertise in audience based buying.

**Your Impact**:

- Able to deliver key client overviews and onboardings, with a view to growing Lift adoption among the PM client base - with specific focus on Zenith agency accounts and teams
- Interpretation of client briefs - helping ensure flawless planning of campaigns rooted in key client understanding
- Communicate into Epsilon product teams, that informs data integrations and product development
- Supports integration of Lift into wider business - Growth/New Biz, Tools, etc.
- Manage direct reports and report into the EVP, PMX Lift

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
- Experience managing direct reports - Strong background in Advanced TV, including Addressable TV, DDL, and/or OTT- Experience preferred with Advanced TV platforms (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
- Experience with process building/workflow documentation
- Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
- Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, organizational skills, and initiative
