**JOB SUMMARY**:
Manager - Video & Content will help lead video creative initiatives for Triller’s social media team and key tentpole events. They will be a storyteller, brand ambassador, and a leader on our multidisciplinary social team. They will pitch and present creative concepts to the department leadership and guide the development of creative guidance for all Triller marketing video content, including broadcast video ad campaigns, sports partnership video content, music partnership video content (Verzuz, ABC conference, original social storytelling episodes, and more). This individual will partner with teams across the Marketing org, including Partnerships, Sales & Growth, Brand Design, Verzuz, Triller Fight Club, Triller Sports, to build and measure video best practices across the customer journey.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:

- Assist in developing comprehensive brand video content strategies and plans as well as specific video concepts that are both strategically sound and creatively exciting, based on our brands’ value propositions, business objectives, and positioning
- Build support for securing resources to execute brand video strategies
- Partner with brand marketing and creative strategy as well as channel owners (e.g., CRM, social, Verzuz, Triller Fight Club) to develop and produce video content that supports campaigns or other activities
- Working with cross functional partners to develop and implement publishing and distribution plans
- Partner with colleagues on generating content ideas across all media types, including text, photography, and audio
- Ensure promotions are delivered on-time and on-budget while maintaining highest standards of quality, consistency and accuracy
- Partner with Design team to develop innovative creative solutions to elevate content; provide direction to ensure visual approach and editorial is unified
- An ability to ideate and develop innovative, effective, and award-winning branded content that tells stories, communicates benefits, and drives brand perceptions (emphasis on Verzuz)
- Skilled in writing video scripts and concepts with the ability to bring stories to life on paper
- Think across platforms, mastering the idiosyncrasies of each, and create tailored content across channels that help drive marketing objectives
- Ability to dive deep into quantitative data around customer perceptions and behavior, and is able to translate it into clear, actionable creative direction

**SKILLS**:

- Previous experience working in a fast paced start-up, entertainment or media company
- Experience supervising teams of 1-3 team members [manager and above]
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm and collected in high pressure situations
- An understanding of current social/digital platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Ability to multi - task and prioritize duties
- Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent & creator landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite and Slack.
- A commitment to excellence and a deep belief in diversity and collaboration
- BA in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
