**Job Duties**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target small to mid-size merchants in various industries to sell merchant processing services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the benefits of our merchant processing services.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants to secure new business opportunities.
- **Partnership Development**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with accountants, business associations, and other strategic partners to generate merchant processing leads.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote merchant processing services.
- Provide training and support to partners on our products, services, and sales processes.
- Evaluate partnership performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to merchant processing services.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new service offerings.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and partners to foster long-term loyalty and retention.
- Address any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between merchants, partners, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve any operational or technical issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the financial services industry or merchant processing.
- Strong understanding of merchant processing services, payment systems, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

- Commission pay
