**Dental and Medicare Customer Service**

Looking for a motivated, energetic person with some experience in the Dental and Medical field.

**RESPONSIBILITIES include but limited to**:

- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Will be responding to providers and members’ inquiries regarding Claim Status, Benefit

Information and Eligibility.
- Self-motivated with organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to support change with varying schedules as necessary.
- Handling the dental mail daily, which requires separating claims for Review, Regular Claims

and Pre-Authorizations.
- Mailing back claims if more information is needed.
- Entering Pre-Authorizations received, into our computer system daily.
- Helping with the switchboard/receptionist as needed.
- Bi-lingual with English and Spanish is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
