Full Charge Bookkeeper/accountant

Experience in Property Management is a plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries to record day-to-day financial transactions
- Monthly reconciling of credit card statements
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare statements
- Utilize accounting software and excel spreadsheets to maintain financial records
- Manage and Maintain all Insurance coverages
- Assist with various clerical duties related to accounting tasks
- Enter timesheets and process payroll
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, fellow employees
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the position
- Ability to analyze accounts and identify discrepancies
- Good communication skills
- Driver's license, insurance, and reliable car
The position is currently Part-Time and offers flexible hours.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
