Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Field Canvasser to join our team. As a Field Canvasser, you will engage with the public to promote and raise awareness for our organization's initiatives through door-to-door canvassing and other outreach methods.

**Duties**:

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote upcoming elections and elections' information
- Engage with potential voters in a friendly and informative manner
- Deliver compelling participation pitches to generate interest in participating
- Maintain accurate track of voter registration and interaction
- Hit campaign goals and metrics
- Be present at voter registration hot spots to register voters
- Any other campaign-related tasks, as assigned
- This role requires you to stand and walk for long periods of time in both indoor and outdoor

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Previous experience in canvassing or related field is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on campaign needs

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
