**Hourly Compensation**: $23.00 - $25.00/hour
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No nights or weekends

**Responsibilities**:
**The Site Supervisor will be responsible for handling the daily operations and reporting for the location.**
- Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc.
- Supply Management - Take inventory and maintain established par levels throughout office
- Provide administrative support, as needed (e.g. maintain office systems to support practice productivity, manage and replenish office supplies)
- Reporting** - **Handle monthly reporting and additional reports as requested
- Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
