**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct and manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including E-verify, background checks, and benefits enrollment
- Manage confidential HR related documentation and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain up to date Human Resources files, records and documentation
- Set up and maintaining various departmental files and spreadsheets
- Revise forms, policies and procedures as requested by management
- Assemble payroll documents and enter into 3rd party payroll processor system
- Address employee questions, requests and or concerns relative to policies, benefits, HR processes
- Place and maintain advertisements for all positions
- Complete pre-employment interviewing and screening of applicants
- Assist with correspondence with applicants and set up of video conferencing for interviews with management
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
- Manage performance review processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR equivalent experience in a human resources role REQUIRED
- HR certification preferred
- Prior HR experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
Pay: $60,493.00 - $64,288.00 per year
