HmmI didn’t know I needed all of that.
That is where my first jobs came into play.
It was a physical therapy aide
aka physical therapy tech position as some people like to call it.
It was an outpatient physical therapy positionjust like this one
Such a great experience
I trained and worked alongside a wonderful physical therapist
I learned all about customer service and time management
I helped keep the office organized and running smoothly
I learned medical terminology, treatment plans, and modalities
But most importantly
I learned that I wanted to become a PHYSICAL THERAPIST.
- I wanted to help people_
Hopefully, that's not too cliché.
Fast forward to now
I now own and operate a very successful physical therapy clinic here in Mesa Over the past couple of years we have been able to help 1000s of local residents.
The key "metrics" we pride ourselves on are not volume, the number of new patients, or gross revenue.... but our customer satisfaction and staff retention rates.
Most of our staff has been with us for 2+ years after hire, and the ones that do leave typically are the ones who move out of the area.
And for that, we are blessed to have such a great team here at **Bloom Performance & Rehab**
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our team at a Physical Therapy clinic. We are looking for someone with an interest in physical therapy who wants to use this position as a stepping stone before they attend physical therapy school.
The successful applicant should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for helping others, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
The Rehabilitation Aide is responsible for providing quality care by performing routine duties such as providing assistance with exercise equipment, monitoring patients’ progress, completing documentation, scheduling appointments, and helping maintain efficient workflow

- Learn the ins and outs of how a physical therapy clinic works.
- Assist the therapy team with bringing patients back for their sessions, keep the office clean and organized, follow instructions by the therapists, schedule patients, and other daily tasks.
