We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Upload new products to our Shopify platforms, including writing product descriptions, setting prices, and categorizing products appropriately.
- Inventory Monitoring: Regularly check and update inventory levels, manage stock counts, and ensure timely restocking of products.
- Photo Shoot Coordination: Schedule photo shoots, coordinate with photographers, models, and stylists, and manage the logistics of each shoot.
- Shot List Management: Create and maintain detailed shot lists to ensure all required product images are captured and meet brand standards.
- Content Quality Control: Review and approve all product images and descriptions before they are uploaded to the website.
- Platform Maintenance: Regularly review and update website content to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and report findings to management.
- Support for Lead Stylist: Assist the Lead Stylist during photo shoots in our in-house studio and on location, maintaining sample organization to ensure all samples are correctly tagged after shooting and distributed to the proper departments once completed. Additionally, locate samples ahead of the shoot to ensure they are ready for styling and photography.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite and familiarity with photo editing software.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions.
- Experience in or understanding of fashion styling is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
