Preschool Teacher

Lancaster, United States All My Children Learning Institute Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for preschool-aged children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Utilize positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior and social skills development.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in daily activities.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
