We are looking to employ a qualified Infant Teacher, that works well with other individuals as a team, who has a passion for instilling values in young children. The Infant Teacher should possess high energy and the ability to handle the demands of babies and toddlers with different personalities and needs.

To ensure success, the infant teacher should display a gentle and nurturing personality, and the patience to assist each infant or child to mature cognitively. They should be able to assist in developing the infants’ and children's social skills as they interact with each other.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
  • Create a fun and safe learning environment
  • Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
  • Communicate with director on students' growth and progress
  • Maintain the health and safety of all students 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
  • 3 infant and toddler college credits
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Ability to build rapport with children
  • Positive and patient demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
