**About this role**
- If you love working at the nexus of design, engineering, and customers to bring ideas to life, product is the place for you. We are looking for an outstanding Associate Product Manager who will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, go-to-market teams to drive our business forward. In this role, you will partner closely with a Senior Product Manager on a large scope, to solve our hairiest customer problems and create value for the business. The expectation of this role is that you will learn the product craft quickly in your first year, be instrumental in moving Faire's highest priority, trickiest problems forward, and will be ready to move into a Senior Product Manager role after meeting performance objectives.

**What you'll do**
- Deeply understand our customers, build strategies and roadmaps that anticipate and support their needs, and execute rapidly and with an eye to metrics impact to improve their experience
- Build programs and features to support our customers. For example, you might help build our first ad system to help brands reach more retailers on Faire, or you might help drastically expand the benefits that retailers can get from Faire to simplify their ways of working and improve their margins
- Hone your product craft, with strong support from product leads to master the product discipline, make hard tradeoffs, and understand the business equation and flywheel that makes our marketplace work - and accelerate it
- Work with, learn from, and build strong relationships with a broad range of world-class leaders across engineering, product management, data science, design, and operations
- Make decisions alongside company founders and the CEO
- Empower small businesses around the world to chase their dreams and invest in their local communities

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- You have 2-4 years of experience at a tech company in a product, software development, or analytical role; as a startup founder; or in management consulting
- You're an extraordinarily fast learner. You have the natural curiosity, low ego, and intellectual horsepower to deeply understand new topics and pick up new skills in a very short time.
- You are relentlessly resourceful. When something needs to get done, you always find a way to make it happen. Even when the work is hard, you power through it and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
- You are a creative problem-solver. You excel at identifying unintuitive solutions to tough problems.
- You are analytical and have experience driving business insights and decisions from quantitative and qualitative data.
- You can communicate complex ideas compellingly and simply in both written and verbal communication.
- You are passionate. You are optimistic with a positive energy that other people draw upon.
- You care deeply about developing products and solutions that will create the best experience for our customers.

**Salary Range**

San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $147,500 - $203,000 per year.
- Faire's flexible work model aims to meet the needs of our diverse employee community by making work more flexible, connected, and inclusive. Depending on the role and needs of the team, Faire employees have the flexibility to choose how they work-whether that's mainly in the office, remotely, or a mix of both._
