Car Sales Executive

If you haven’t been in automotive sales in the past, you may not understand how much fun it is to help customers find their dream car and see their reaction when you hand the keys over. Although we “sell” Subarus, we find that our customers have already been sold on Subaru when they enter the showroom. It comes down to making a connection with the customer and helping them through the process. You will be fully trained to be able to do this.

You’ll start your first four training months on salary. After that, your income could dramatically jump into the higher end of a 5-figure yearly income. We sell a lot of Subarus After just a year or so, it is possible to climb into the 6-figure level We have a couple of seasoned sales staff members who are there now.
- Enjoys helping people
- Has an interest in new automotive technology (we will train you to teach customers)
- Is organized and follows through on commitments made to others
- Understand that good follow-up skills create new prospects in the future

**Your Schedule**:

- You’ll work a full-time, 40-hour, 5-days-per-week schedule
- A mix of early to afternoon and evening shifts with Saturdays until 5 pm
